Right of withdrawal for consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.

by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Withdrawal deadline
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.
For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.
Nature of the service
The service offered is a digital service (registration of an electronic vignette) that is not supplied on a tangible medium.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
Important note:
The right of withdrawal expires early if Tollentrio has fully performed the service (i.e. the e-vignette has been successfully registered with the toll authority) and the customer has previously expressly consented to Tollentrio starting the service before the end of the withdrawal period.
Once the e-vignette has been registered with the competent toll authority and the confirmation has been sent to you, withdrawal is no longer possible.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU, there is no right of withdrawal for service contracts if the trader has fully performed the service and the performance began only after the consumer gave their express consent and acknowledged that they will lose the right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the trader.
This information does not affect the consumer's statutory rights under applicable European Union law.
